THE BACKGROUND OF PARAGON

The seed was sown back in the ‘80s where our founder and current Operations Director, Tim Parsons, pursued his passion for joinery and began his apprenticeship. Having an apparent gift in the field, after 3 years of apprenticeship he achieved the highly regarded ‘Royal Berkshire Apprentice of the year’. In 2006, after gaining massive experience in the joinery and interior fit-out markets, a niche was identified in the market for the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery. Tim set out to set up his own factory, investing heavily in machinery and researching best practices. Shortly after this, he was joined by Mark Taylor, our current Sales Director.
