Project Brief – Irene House, Balham

Another recently completed project for ARJ Construction at Irene House in Balham. We’re loving the moody feel it has!

Using a detailed cloud point survey were able to successfully metal clad the central lift shaft and stair core over the 4 floors. This project also featured upholstered booth seating set back into the wall, an LED feature wall with reeded glass along with mesh screening throughout the lobby, basement clubroom and business centre.

WHY PARAGON?

Cladding a lift core / stair way in metal would prove a challenge for many. Using our expertise, Paragon were able to carry out a cloud point survey, enabling us produce an accurate design to clad the area.

THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS

  • LED backlit feature wall made from fluted glass
  • Perforated metal sheets clad to fit the central lift core
  • Upholstered booth seating set back into the wall
