Project Brief – OLS Marriotts, Slough

Initially a new supplier to Morgan Sindall Construction, Paragon were brought on board to supply and install the bespoke joinery to the front of house communal areas in two new hotel developments in Slough, Buckinghamshire. Connecting with the Morgan Sindall team throughout all levels, Paragon were able to deliver a detailed specification and flexibly accommodate numerous extra works to cover scope gaps resulting in a ‘perfect delivery’!

Feedback from the Morgan Sindall team on the project delivery and company performance was impressive!:

‘Paragon are clearly one of the top in the business at creating bespoke joinery pieces. They are able to use multiple materials to bring to life drawings, resulting in high quality pieces. However, what surprised us the most is that the installation service has proven equally as good as the production. It has also been very refreshing to see a company continue to provide an excellent service after being awarded the contract. In our experience we were not ‘sold a dream’ and have no regrets about our decision at tender.’

And another!:

‘Throughout the tender process all the contacts were very professional, and this professionalism was carried through into their work on site – a rarity. Paragon have been asked to pick up last minute extra work with us to cover scope gaps. They have accommodated this each and every time. Honesty has always been top of the agenda with Paragon stating what is and is not achievable. Any design changes have also been seamlessly incorporated. Feedback from the design team has been good. Payment applications are clear, fair and issued on time.’
